Doris Coble, LMT/BCTMB, is the owner and lead therapist of Allora Bodyworks. She has been a licensed and certified massage therapist in Virginia Beach since 2007 and has a passion for working with people. Doris specializes in medical massage and chiropractic massage. Doris also offers Swedish massage, prenatal, hot stones, and deep tissue massage.
Doris likes to meet people face to face, so feel free to come by the spa and just chat!
Ashley LMT, CMT. Ashley came from a massage school back in her hometown of Wisconsin. She specializes in medical massage and a Swedish relaxation style massage. She also does hot stones, prenatal, and deep tissue massage. Ashley worked in a medical setting prior to working in massage and her love for helping others has carried over to her massage career. Ashley enjoys spending her free time hanging out with her horse and teaching others how to ride. She also enjoys painting and working out in her spare time.
Michael LMT, CMT. Michael has been practicing massage therapy since 2007 and is passionate about helping his clients reach their optimal health goals. Michael specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stones and therapeutic rehabilitation. He enjoys learning new techniques from co-workers and other professionals in the field. Michael can help you relax and decompress by designing a course of therapy best suited for your needs.
Nydra LMT, CMT. Nydra has been a massage therapist since 2016 and specializes in therapeutic massage. Her work includes focusing on chiropractic massage, back injuries, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hot stone therapy, prenatal, and relaxation & stress relief. Nydra is always looking to advance her knowledge as a therapist and can customize each massage to fit her client's specific needs.
Jacqueline LMT. Jacqueline has been a massage therapist since 2020. She specializes in prenatal massage and geriatric massage as well as hot stones, reflexology and deep tissue massage. In her spare time Jacqueline enjoys dancing, music and being helpful to others.
Kathrine LMT, CMT. Katherine has been doing massage since 2019. She specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massage.
Sophia. Sophia works at the front desk managing appointment booking and general upkeep of the spa. She is a high school senior who wants to specialize in marine biology and environmental studies.
Noella. Noella works at the front desk managing appointment booking and general upkeep of the spa. She is a recent high school graduate and is looking towards a future becoming an esthetician and hair stylist.
Rob Coble is the promotions director at Allora Bodyworks. Rob creates all of the graphics and videos for the spa as well as maintaining the website and working the front desk during the day. Rob is also a graphic designer for WAVY-TV and FOX43. Rob is a former martial arts instructor, which is how he met his wife Doris. In his spare time Rob likes to play bass guitar, play drums, spend time at the shooting range with his son Mason, and hang out with his family.
